1. Is Direx actually free?
Yes, it is really free. We do not charge a setup fee, neither are there any hidden charges.
2. If it is free, how does Direx make money?
We make the majority of our money by charging DIREX FEES, which are now set at 3.5% commission on every booking completed on Direx. We also offer a paid version of Direx for businesses who want more features, which is another way we make money.
3. Do I need to install any software?
Direx is 100% cloud-based. All you need is an internet connection and a device that has a web browser.
4. What countries is Direx available in?
Direx will be available to you if your tour or experience company is headquartered in one of the 54 African countries. Direx is currently only available in Nigeria through invite. If you’d like to be added to our waitlist, please fill out this form.
5. Are customers details safe?
Yes, they are completely safe. Payments on Direx are powered by world-class payment gateways that have PCI-DSS-certified systems.
6. When do funds get settled to my local bank account?
Every Friday, you will get a payout to your local bank account. Businesses receive 96.5% of the total payment, which is calculated as Total Booking Amount – Direx Fees (3.5%)
7. Are there any fees to be paid by my customers?
No, they will not have to pay any fees.
